How will my order be shipped?
Most items ship standard via UPS or FedEx. Larger or heavier items like bathtubs, Shower Bases and Vanities along with bulk orders, ship via freight delivery.
What is Freight Delivery?
Freight delivery is used for heavy, oversized, or large-quantity shipments. Items are loaded onto a semi-truck and delivered curbside.
Will the freight delivery service bring my shipment inside?
Freight items such as bathtubs, Shower Bases and Vanities are delivered to your closest entry point allowed by the truck (know as curbside). Getting your order from the drop off point into your home is your responsibility, so it's worth arranging extra hands or equipment ahead of time.
