How long do I have to return something?
You've got 30 days from the date your order is delivered to send it back for a refund.

Which items are eligible for return?
Most items can be returned within the stated time frame for a refund. To qualify for a general return, the item:

• Must be in resalable condition
• Must be free from scratches and/or defects
• Must not have been installed
• Must be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging and be free of writing
• Must not be missing pieces
• Must not be clearance, liquidation, or closeout

Are there items that can't be returned at all?
A few, yes for safety and hygiene reasons:

• Perishable goods
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases

Will I get a full refund?
In most cases, yes! We only issue a partial refund if:

• The item isn't in its original condition, is damaged, has writing on the package, or is missing parts
• It's returned more than 30 days after delivery

How does the refund process work?
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm we've received it. Shortly after, we'll let you know whether your refund's been approved. If it is, we'll credit your original payment method — please allow a few business days for it to show up.

I still haven't received my refund. What should I do?
No worries, this happens sometimes. Our credit happens the day of approval, but your credit card company's process may take a little time to post. Here's what to check, in order:

1. Wait 5–7 business days after we've approved your return, then take another look at your statement
2. Contact your bank, just in case there's a processing delay on their end
3. Email us at contact@gnkitchenandbath.com and we'll dig into it

Can I return sale items?
Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Special Sale, Clearance, or Open Box Deals items are final sale and can't be returned, sorry!

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
If your item arrived defective or damaged, absolutely — we'll send you the same item as a replacement. Just email contact@gnkitchenandbath.com.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs aren't refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

How long will an exchange take to arrive?
That depends a bit on your location, but we'll get it moving as quickly as we can once we receive your original item.
