We offer a 30 days money back guarantee from the date your order is delivered to you. 

To be eligible for an return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

I still haven't received my refund. What should I do?
No worries, this happens sometimes. Make sure you have waited 5-7 business days after we have approved your return.  Our credit happens the day of approval but your credit card company's process may take a little time to post.

Can I return sale items?
Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Special Sale, Clearance or Open Box Deals  items are final sale and can't be returned, sorry!

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
If your item arrived defective or damaged, absolutely — we'll send you the same item as a replacement. Just email contact@gnkitchenandbath.com

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs aren't refundable. If your return is approved for a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
